ISO Arts Consulting Services
Custom equity-based solutions that focus on your mission and the people you serve.
Just by you being here, it is clear that you want to create change within your organization. And that change begins, once you choose the package that fits your needs.
We act as your external HR department, investigating the issues and their roots that cause challenges within your workforce.
This involves thorough observations in addition to an equity audit to highlight areas of need. After this process, we identify solutions aimed to help achieve your goals.
Based on our findings, we will create and execute a comprehensive and strategic plan of action. Evaluation and review procedures are also implemented to measure organizational impact and progression.
This package is ideal for organizations who would like to focus their time on other organizational objectives, but still want to ensure that they are establishing equitable HR practices.
We follow the same procedures as above. However, this package is more collaborative. Our team of consultants work with you to implement your customized plan of action.
We remain by your side to instill the DEI solutions discussed in your plan-of-action and to help accomplish your organizational goals.
This package is ideal for organizations who would like guidance on how to initiate and maintain the practices that will help the organization become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
Additional Organizational Solutions
It is common for many organizations to offer programs that are an extension of their workplace values, mission, and culture. Therefore, we proudly provide program evaluations to ensure initiatives like internships, onboarding, outsourcing, and skills training are equity-focused to better empower participants and the workplace as a whole.
General Organizational Evaluation
Traditional organizational evaluation methods may tend to be biased or distorted. Alternatively, we conduct evaluations through an equity lens. Meaning, the company and every employee will be fairly assessed by their scope of work, ability to perform, and areas of improvement regardless of their race, gender, disability, etc.
